Postpartum care doesn't have an expiration date. Whether your baby arrived last week, last month, or you're just now realizing you need support, I'm here. I offer postpartum-only care for families who want expert guidance, hands-on support, and someone who genuinely cares during the fourth trimester. These packages are for families who want hands-on guidance, feeding support, and someone who shows up when things feel hard.

1 prenatal session (90 minutes, in-person or virtual) to get to know you, discuss your postpartum plan, feeding goals, and support needs
5 postpartum home visits during your 10 days home (3-4 hours each)

Newborn care guidance and soothing techniques
Postpartum recovery check-ins
Light household support (dishes, laundry, tidying)

A: The First Welcome is concentrated support during your first week home - 5 visits when everything is raw and new, focused on getting you through those first intense days with feeding help, meals, and a steady presence. The Full Embrace is 8 visits spread across your first 6 weeks. It's about building sustainable rhythms and having consistent support as you establish feeding, recovery, and confidence through those early weeks.

A: Birth doulas support you through labor and delivery, with a few postpartum visits afterward. Postpartum-only support focuses entirely on the weeks after birth - feeding, recovery, newborn care, emotional support, and helping you adjust to life with a new baby. If you didn't have a birth doula or your birth doula's postpartum visits have ended, postpartum-only care gives you focused support when you need it most.

A: I'm based in Brooklyn and primarily serve families in Brooklyn and Manhattan. I'm open to families in other NYC boroughs depending on timing and availability. Unfortunately for postpartum only services I cannot take families outside NYC proper.

A: It's a virtual monthly gathering for current and former clients — a space to connect, ask questions, share what's going well (or hard), and build community with other parents. It's optional, but most families love having this built-in support beyond our one-on-one time.

A: Life happens, and birth is unpredictable. We'll talk through my cancellation and rescheduling policies during our consultation. I do my best to stay flexible while also honoring the on-call commitment I make to you.

A: I'm a birth and postpartum doula trained through Ancient Song Doula Services and Manhattan Birth. I'm also a social worker (MSW from Hunter College) and have been supporting families since 2019. I paused my practice from 2022-2024 to be present for my own son's early years, and I'm back now with even deeper insight into what new parents need.
