01 — We start with a consultation

We meet virtually to talk about your birth preferences, your questions, your hopes for postpartum, and what support would feel most helpful. This is where we see if we're a good fit.

02 — Prenatal visits build your foundation

We meet 3-4 times before your baby arrives (depending on your package). These visits are where we prep for birth, talk through your postpartum plan, and build the trust that makes labor and the weeks after feel more grounded.

03 — We’re together for birth and beyond

I'm on call starting at 37 weeks. When labor begins, we’ll decide on when to come together, and I’ll be there, steady, calm, and present. And when your baby arrives, I don't disappear. I'm with you for postpartum visits, text support, and check-ins that help you feel cared for during the fourth trimester.

The journey doesn't end when your baby arrives. Neither should your support.
